Kathryn Anderson, Ph D

 

Kathryn Anderson, Ph D received her degree from Washington State University specializing in clinical hypnosis and medical psychology. Her graduate assistantship was in alcohol studies with WSU Health and Wellness Services and while completing her doctorate, she took substance abuse classes at the University of Idaho. In her last year, she worked as the Alcohol Educator for the University of Idaho. She completed her internship at Brooke Army Medical Center and her post-doctoral residency at the University of Wyoming specializing in rural behavioral medicine. Her first job was at the Wyoming State Hospital where she worked as an inpatient Clinical Psychologist. She also worked on the substance abuse unit and helped develop classes for the current integrated dual diagnosis program. She is currently employed with the Boise VA Medical Center, working in primary care - mental health integration program.
