Mary Christy, MS, ACADC

 

 

Mary Christy, MS, ACADC works for the College of Southern Idaho as the Program Manager/Assistant Professor for the Human Services and Addiction Studies program. Mary also serves as a Curriculum Reviewer/Developer for the Mountain West ATTC. She received her Master’s degree in Education from the University of Nebraska-Kearney in 1987 and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1985. Mary has been an Advanced Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the State of Idaho since 1999. She is currently serving as President of the Idaho Board of Alcohol and Drug Counselor Certification. Mary has provided direct services in mental health and substance abuse treatment for about 22 years, as well as, served in the capacity of clinical supervisor at several agencies.
