Dr. Susan Esp, LCPC

Dr. Susan Esp is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She has over 20 years experience working with adolescents and families in the area of substance abuse prevention, intervention and treatment. She worked as a prevention/interventionist for the Boise School District, a therapist and prevention/intervention specialist for Boise State University and is currently an Assistant Professor and Coordinator of Undergraduate Addiction Studies at Boise State University. Her research interests include Evidence-Based Treatment and Prevention, the Effects of Wellness on Ethical Decision Making, Counselor vitality and Competency-Based Education.
