Valarie Zuniga, M.A. is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and is a Clinical Supervisor with the Department of Juvenile Corrections, Nampa. She has been a licensed clinician for 20 years and has been using Yogatherapy in the Co-ocurring disorders (mental health and substance abuse) Solutions unit of co-ed juveniles housed at JCCNampa for the last year. The class is enjoyed on many levels by the juveniles and the benefits are evident in the increased ability to focus, relax, and an increased awareness of their choice in response to outer stimuli.
