Bev Ashton
Bev has 25 years of practical experience in the juvenile treatment and juvenile justice fields. She is currently a District Liaison with the Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections and has served in this capacity since 2000. As the District 5 Liaison, Bev provides support to eight counties in South Central Idaho’s Fifth Judicial District. Prior to working in Juvenile Corrections Bev has served as the Lincoln County Chief Juvenile Probation Officer and the Program Business Manager for Full Circle Programs, a residential treatment program for troubled adolescents. A particular area of focus has been on the Balanced Approach and Restorative Justice initiatives in Idaho. Bev is currently working with District 5 community partners in the implementation of Restorative Conferencing. Bev plans to attend the Restorative Conferencing Train the Trainer course this year with the International Institute on Restorative Practices and will be certified to train Restorative Conferencing.
