Jeff Kirkman

Jeff Kirkman began his career with Idaho Department of Correction in 2001 as a paralegal providing constitutionally required legal access to offenders of all custody levels. Jeff helped establish the IDOC Virtual Prison Program and oversaw contract security operations for CCA/ICC and now oversees the Department’s religious, volunteer and access to courts programs. Jeff is a certified POST instructor and regularly trains staff and volunteers about offender rights, con games, manipulation, boundary issues and criminal thinking.
