Terry Pappin
Terry Pappin has a Master’s degree in Counseling, with special studies in Public Administration. She is the manager of the Department of Health & Welfare’s community-based substance abuse prevention services. In this position, Terry is responsible for the development of prevention resources, policies, and standards, managed the creation of the Idaho Minor in Prevention and is a member of interagency work groups. Terry has been a guest lecturer at Northwest Nazarene University and presented workshops at state and federal conferences. Under her direction, Idaho as developed a community-based prevention system which provides services based on community needs, uses evidence-based programs and practices and is able to provide both qualitative and quantitative outcomes. |
